Terms

You give us a source — an Instagram handle, a website address, or a business listing. We generate a website from it and host it for you. Free accounts get a limited site on a redesignai.co address. Paid plans get more pages, more design directions, your own domain, and our badge removed.

These terms are between you and Albanda Group sp. z o.o., Kraków, Poland. Using the service means you accept them.

The site we generate for you is yours. The text, the structure, the arrangement of your content — you own it, you can publish it anywhere, and on any paid plan you can download the whole thing as HTML and CSS and host it yourself. Your photos and your brand were always yours; nothing here changes that.

What stays ours: the software, the section-pattern library, the design token systems, and the RedesignAI name and marks. You are not licensed to resell the generator itself — reselling websites you make with it is exactly what the Agency plan is for.

• You own or look after the source you submit, and you have the right to use the photos and text in it. Details in the content and ownership policy.
• You will not use the service for anything illegal, deceptive, or designed to impersonate someone else.
• You will not try to bypass free-tier limits with multiple accounts, or automate the service outside the API on plans that include one.
• You are old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Paid plans renew every month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown before you pay and are set per region — the lira and manat prices are not conversions.

Our payment provider is the merchant of record and handles tax. If a charge looks wrong, email [email protected] before disputing it — we would rather refund you than argue with a bank.

If you cancel, your site stops being served from our address. Download it first. We also offer a hosting-only plan so a site you like can stay online cheaply.

Generated text and images are produced by software and can be wrong. Check anything that matters — prices, opening hours, claims about your qualifications, allergen information — before you publish. You are the publisher of your site.

We aim to keep sites online and we monitor them, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on any plan today. If we ever do, it will be written here.

We can change or discontinue features. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you by email first and, for paid plans, refund the unused part of your term.

You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend an account that is being used for the things listed under “what you promise us”, or that is generating content we are required to remove. Where we can, we warn first and explain why.

Polish law applies, and the courts of Kraków have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including the right to bring a claim there.
