What we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.

Last updated: 2026-07-25

Who we are

RedesignAI is operated by Albanda Group sp. z o.o., Kraków, Poland. We are the data controller for everything described here. Write to [email protected] and a person answers.

What we collect

  • What you type. The Instagram handle, website address or business name you submit, plus any answers you give to the questions during generation.
  • What we read from public sources. For a public Instagram profile: the bio, category, recent post images and their captions. For a website: the pages, text and screenshots. For a Google Business listing: name, address, hours, category, photos and public reviews. We never log in to a third-party service as you, and we never read anything that is not already public — unless you connect your Instagram account, in which case we read only what that connection grants.
  • Account data, if you make one: email address, name if you give one, and your sign-in method.
  • Technical data needed to stop abuse: IP address and a random browser-local identifier used to count free generations. The identifier is a random number we store in your browser — it is not derived from your device.
  • Payment data is handled entirely by our payment provider. We see the plan, the country for tax, and whether the payment succeeded. We never see card numbers.

Your photos

When a generated site uses one of your photos, we copy that file onto our own storage. This is necessary because Instagram’s image links expire within days, and a site whose photos vanish is worthless. Those copies are used for one thing: serving your site.

We do not train models on your photos, we do not licence them to anyone, and we do not put them in our gallery unless you explicitly opt in. Delete a site and its copied images are deleted with it.

Why we are allowed to do this

  • To give you what you asked for — reading the source you submitted and building your site. Without this there is no product.
  • To keep the service running and affordable — rate limits, abuse prevention, and cost controls.
  • With your consent — optional analytics and marketing measurement, which you can decline without losing any functionality.

If a public profile you submit contains someone else’s personal data, you are telling us you have the right to use it. See our content and ownership policy.

Who else sees it

Only companies we need to run the service, each under contract:

  • Our hosting provider, in Germany, for servers and databases.
  • A content delivery and object-storage provider, for images and published sites.
  • An AI provider, for the analysis and writing steps. Prompts contain your business information; they are not used to train models.
  • A crawling provider, used only as a fallback when a website blocks our own crawler.
  • A payment provider, which is the legal seller of record for your subscription.
  • An email provider, for sign-in and account mail.
  • Product analytics, hosted in the EU, and — only with consent — advertising measurement.

We do not sell personal data. There is no market in which we would.

How long we keep it

  • Anonymous drafts: 48 hours. If you never make an account, the site, its blueprint and its copied images are deleted.
  • Your sites: as long as your account exists. Delete a site and it goes within 30 days, including backups.
  • Your account: until you delete it. Then 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep — invoices, for example, which Polish law requires us to hold for five years.
  • Abuse and rate-limit records: 90 days.

What you can ask us to do

Get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to it, or take it elsewhere. Email [email protected]; we answer within 30 days, usually within two working days. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Poland that is the UODO.

If your business appears on a site someone else generated, tell us and we will take it down. That path is in the content and ownership policy and does not require a lawyer.

Cookies

We set a cookie to remember your language, and one to keep you signed in. Both are necessary and neither tracks you across other sites.

Analytics and advertising measurement load only where we have a lawful basis to load them, and only if the corresponding keys are configured. If you block them, everything on this site still works.
